We wanted to share a great video made by a volunteer  at "La Tortuga Felz". This short video describes well why volunteers come to stay and donate their time at projects like ours. Check it out and then come over to the volunteer page to join us.                  

This week at the centre we have 12 volunteers. They are from all over the world and bring skills to the project that we have been waiting for. One girl is an architect who decided to take one year off and travel. Her skills have been indispensable in building our new volunteer bunkhouse.

Our kitchen has been filled with delicious spices thanks to a couple originally from India who have blessed us with their spice collection.
